YOUR MORNING RITUAL - YOUR NON-NEGOTIABLES
I allow myself at least 30 minutes of a morning before I start my day so I can spend time in my practices.
They don’t feel like chores, they feel good to complete so please make sure you are aligned with what practices you implement, if you’re just ticking things of your list, you’re not truly working.
I recommend avoiding feeling overwhelmed, focus on 3 key ones to begin with and add more time and more practices.
Here’s some ideas!
· Rise Early
· Self love steps - say 3 different things in the mirror to yourself, that you love about your soul
· Meditation -This one is a 10min Calm session which you can download on your phone.
· Silent Mediation
· Manifest Miracles Elevate Your Vibration Diffuse Essential oils
· Burn Candles
· Hold Crystals
· Sage your area
· Uplifting music
· Journal after meditating
· Gratitude & Appreciations - 10 most important things - thank you thank you thank you Write them out every morning. Or use you Gratitude Journal
· 1 Coffee or Cacao for the day
· Cold shower for 3 minutes!
· Exercise – at least 45 minutes 4-5 days per week.
· Quantum leap – Read Your Letter
· Create a vision board (book into one of my Vision Board Workshops!)
· Take aligned action, show up and be present.

· Read self-care or personal growth books
· Visualized your goals
· Write out your intentions and manifest them
